During the month of giving, I wanted to take a moment to highlight a wonderful local non-profit that gives all year long, Friends in Deed. They have a fundraiser happening now to help celebrate a milestone year with a matching mileage ride. This November 9th a group of people including (John Grotzinger, Will Denman, Alistair Hayden and Ryan McMullen are riding their bikes from Pasadena to Santa Barbara (125 miles!) to raise money for the local non-profit Friends in Deed’s 125th year of service to the Pasadena community.
The goal of this 125 mile ride is to call attention and provide relief to the homeless in the Pasadena and Greater Los Angeles area. Friends in Deed has helped those in the Pasadena community through their food pantry, bad weather shelter, their outreach to Pasadena’s homeless and their women’s room, a safe space for women in need.
Join me in donating $125 for 125 years of service to this incredible ride and local non-profit.
Click here to donate and support the riders who have decided to suffer for a day so those who are less fortunate can find some relief. Any and all donations are appreciated and go to a worthy and important cause that helps Pasadena!
